You can book in person from the reception of Wiltshire College Trowbridge during Box Office opening hours or from the Trowbridge Tourist Information Centre.

Maestro, Solo, Visa, Electron, Delta and MasterCard are accepted on phone bookings (£10 minimum transaction).

A £1.50 convenience charge will be applied per transaction. No charge will be applied to tickets purchased by cash or cheque.

Theatre Tokens valid at 225 Theatres throughout the UK can be purchased and redeemed

On performance days tickets are available for collection or purchase in the Theatre foyer itself from 45 minutes before the performance is due to begin.

Concessionary tickets

Only one concession can apply per ticket. Discounts do not apply to independently promoted productions.

Standard concessions (where available) apply to under 16s, students, senior citizens, unemployed and disabled badge holders. Carers may be eligible for free tickets. Proof of status may be requested when admitting concessionary ticket holders to the auditorium.

Family Tickets Where family tickets are advertised these are for a party of 4 including up to 2 adults.

Babes in Arms Children under two may be admitted to children's events only for a
nominal price of £2.

Student Standbys Subject to availability 'standby' tickets are available to student card holders on the day of the performance for just £3.

Group Rate Groups of 10+ benefit from preferential rates on many shows. See the special group rates in the brochure or contact the box office for more information.

Conditions of Booking

1. Tickets can only be reserved without payment for 7 days.
2. Once paid for tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. Additional discounts may be introduced at the management's discretion.
4. The management reserve the right to refuse entry.
5. The entry of latecomers may be delayed until a suitable break in the performance.
6. The information in the theatre brochure, or contained on the Theatre's website is provided as a guide only. The Arc Theatre management cannot be held responsible for subsequent alterations.
