Accessibility
The auditorium, Dance Studio and Arcadia Lounge are all fully accessible to wheelchair users. An induction loop is fitted for hearing impaired patrons. Minicom users can call 01225 756364 to book tickets. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout all public areas. Box Office staff will be pleased to help customers plan their visit - call 0845 299 0476 between 10am and 7pm weekdays to speak to one of our staff.
Birthday Parties
It is possible to book the Theatre Bar for use after a performance for a Birthday Party. The space is provided with a stereo system (ideal for party games) and all the cleaning up after the party is taken care of for you. The room can be booked at the same time as booking your Theatre tickets (minimum 10 tickets) at a cost of £25.
Theatre Bar
The Arcadia Bar is open from 45 minutes before each performance. The bar remains open after each performance for 30 minutes. If there is an interval in the performance interval drinks can be pre-ordered before to show to save queuing.
Ways To Pay
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Theatre Tokens
- Personal cheque payable to "Wiltshire College" with guarantee card
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard
- Debit Cards: Maestro, Solo, Delta (Visa-Debit), Electron (Please note: A £1.50 convenience charge will be applied per transaction. No charge will be applied to tickets purchased by cash or cheque).
- If you are a School/Company/Organisation we can invoice you if booking 10+ tickets
Reserving Tickets
Tickets can be held without payment for up to 7 days, or until 20 minutes before the start of a performance - whichever is the sooner.
Refunds
Once paid for tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once all tickets have been sold for a performance we will be happy to resell unwanted tickets on behalf of customers. Resold tickets will be refunded to customers as a Credit Voucher for use on a future ticket purchase (within 1 year). Cash refunds cannot be provided.
Additional Seats
If you find you need more seats than your originally booked please call the Theatre Office on 0845 299 0476. Subject to availability, we will work with you to try and ensure that additional tickets are sat with the existing booking.
Undelivered Tickets
If you have asked us to post tickets to you they should arrive within 7 days, in almost all cases this happens without difficulty. If your tickets are not received please contact the Theatre Office on 0845 299 0476. We will investigate for you. If it is our mistake we will correct it immediately. If the tickets were dispatched (14 million correctly addressed items of post are 'lost' each year*) we will treat the tickets as 'lost' - see below.
Lost Tickets
If you misplace your tickets, or they are not delivered, a duplicate set can be prepared for you from 30 minutes before the start of the performance. You should bring with you the Credit/Debit card used to reserve the tickets. If you paid by Cash or Cheque you will need to bring proof of your home address (eg, driving licence, utility bill). If your tickets were sold through an agent on our behalf, or if a customer declined to provide address details at the time of booking, duplicate tickets cannot be issued. The replacement tickets are marked "duplicate" and will not be valid if the original ticket is also presented.
Consigned Tickets
Tickets for certain shows are available from outlets other than the Arc Theatre and Trowbridge Tourist Information Centre (our ticketing partner). If tickets are purchased from other outlets the Theatre is unable to duplicate tickets as we do not hold details of these sales on our database. Please contact the outlet from which you purchased your tickets.
Group Discounts
For many performances discounts are available if booking 10+ tickets. Group discount prices are published in our Season Brochure, contact the Box Office on 0845 299 0476 to request a copy.
